Common reasons your rating is not updating
A new review has not been published yet
The review is still being moderated
The review does not meet the platform guidelines and was not approved
The impact of a single review may be small, especially if you already have many reviews
There may be a short delay before your rating is updated after a review is published
I know a couple left a review, but I cannot see it
If a couple has submitted a review but you cannot see it on your profile, it may be because:
The review is still under moderation
The review has not yet been approved
The review did not comply with the platform guidelines and was not published. We will email the reviewer to let them know if this has happened.
Only approved and published reviews are visible on your storefront and included in your rating.
How ratings work
Your overall rating is calculated based on all your published reviews. Each new review can affect your rating, but the change depends on the number and scores of your existing reviews.
For example, if you already have many reviews, one new review may not significantly change your rating.

Check if the review has been published on your storefront
Allow some time for the review to be moderated and your rating to update
Make sure the review complies with the platform guidelines
