Who can respond to reviews

Only vendors with a premium subscription can respond to reviews.

If you are using a free (lite) plan, you will not be able to reply to reviews.

How to respond to a review

1. Log in to your vendor account
2. Go to your reviews section
3. Find the review you want to respond to
4. Click the option to reply or respond
5. Write your response
6. Submit your reply

Your response will be visible alongside the review on your storefront.

* Thank the reviewer for their feedback
* Address any concerns clearly and calmly
* Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information
* Keep your response concise and relevant

Responding to negative reviews
