You have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from this contract starting from the activation of the premium service.
Next steps:
- Submit your request. You must exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a general information form that includes the phrase exercise of the right of withdrawal, your contract reference number, and your ID number.
- Include your details. Please ensure the body of your email contains both the name and the ID number of the contract subscriber.
Receive your refund. We will issue the refund for the amount paid exclusively through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please note that we are unable to apply the right of withdrawal to the Gran Boda pack as it includes personalized services. Additionally, once a domain associated with the service has been configured specifically for you, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
