Why did I receive a request to verify my data?

  • Provide truthful info. As per our privacy policy, users must provide real details. If we notice something looks a bit "off" (like a placeholder name or an incorrect wedding date), we’ll ask you to confirm it to keep the community reliable.
     
  • Know what to provide. If contacted, simply reply to our verification email with your Full Name, Wedding Date, Telephone Number, and Email.
     
  • Act within the 48-hour window. If you receive a "Suspicious Profile" notice, please update your details within 48 hours to prevent your account from being automatically deactivated.
