Contract Duration
All subscriptions begin with an initial 12-month contract. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled while this initial period is active.
Cancelling or Stopping Renewal
As your initial 12-month contract comes to an end, you can request to cancel your subscription or stop it from automatically renewing. To ensure your request is processed in time, submit your cancellation notice at least 30 days before your contract end date or desired renewal date.
